Adding your contribution (questions, comments, replies etc.) is easy – just type it directly below the other comments on the page! The purpose of the community forum is to help everyone improve in the quality and effectiveness of their Branded Customer Service work. We hope that you will find this forum a valuable network to assist you with your projects. And we encourage you to actively participate by sharing your ideas, thoughts, and experiences.
See below for our Quick Use Guide and a Useful Features Guide, formatted in a “Frequently Asked Questions” style.

No one is talking about what I’m interested in – how do I start a topic?
- From the BCS Forum homepage, choose a suitable forum to put your topic in. If you don’t think any of the existing forums are suitable for your topic, email webmaster@brandedservice.com and ask BCS to add a suitable topic.
- Once you have selected a forum, click on “New Topic” to start a topic. Give the topic a suitable name so others can see what the topic is about. Then follow the instructions to start the new topic.
